Industry (PE): This field captures your business category for comparison on a price/earnings (PE) basis with publicly traded business in comparable space as yours. Start typing your category and select the best fit from the list that is presented.
Business Description Headline: Provide a headline-level summary of your business. This will be used as part of pitch materials and correspondence as you reach out to prospective buyers.
Business Intro for Anonymous Outreach: SellPQ lets you conduct exploratory outreach on an anonymous basis so that you can “test the waters” before publicly disclosing that you are considering the sale of your business. Business Intro for Self-Identified Outreach: This will be used for outreach where you can proceed with letting prospects know who you are and that you are seeking acquisition or merger inquiries. Please enter your “elevator pitch” here, describing and identifying your business.
