The SellPQ Sales Process™ consists of 4 Phases and 15 distinct steps where we provide templates, user guides, live professional support and ancillary services should you decide you require them. The timing of many of these steps overlap and the order in which they occur may change depending upon your circumstances.

You may already have completed some steps. Or sometimes external developments may dictate the elimination or alteration of other steps (e.g. you have an unsolicited approach by a potential buyer, you already have a recently prepared professional valuation, a potential buyer presents you with a due diligence check list, etc.).

You’ll follow the SellPQ Process using easy online software that helps you sell your business in a guided, step-by-step approach that you control.  SellPQ brings together tools for planning, valuing, prospecting, negotiating, and closing the deal. At SellPQ’s core is an ultra-secure Seller’s Vault that you use to collect your business and deal-related information, which you will selectively share as you decide to move conversations with prospective buyers forward.  Each step in this guide further explains how the SellPQ Process is brought to life in the SellPQ software.
