Help: SellPQ Document Upload/Download Tools

SellPQ offers prepared M&A template documents for your reuse throughout the process of selling your business, including:

  • Setting objectives
  • Identifying your team and high-level timeline
  • Preparing your sales pitch
  • Assisting with buyer financing

The SellPQ document tools allow you to upload your own contents as well, for reference and sharing with prospective buyers throughout the process.

To use the templates:

  1. Choose to [View] the document
  2. When it opens, choose to [Download] it – it will be saved to your local [downloads] folder
  3. Navigate to your [downloads] folder and open the document for editing.
  4. Save your edited document to a local folder that you assign for SellPQ documents and use a name that makes sense for you.
  5. Go back to SellPQ and choose to upload the document that you just saved. It will now be available for your own reference while in SellPQ, as well as sharing with prospective buyers.
